Return Policy
Opened items are not eligible for return. All returns all subject to a 25% restocking fee. Buyer will be responsible for original shipping charges in addition to return shipping charges. Customer is responsible for the cost to ship items with free shipping. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date the order was delivered. Returns must be shipped within 15 days of return authorization. Make sure that the items being returned are unopened. Items that are returned that do not meet these guidelines will receive no refund and customer will need to make arrangements with us, including all cost associated if they want the item back. We will process a refund within two business days upon receiving all returns. It can take up to ten business days for a refund to be returned to your original payment method after we process the refund.
